Born and raised in Mississauga, Ontario, Kay is currently a student at Ryerson University majoring in History and minoring in Politics. Surrounded by a large hardworking family, Kay understands what persevering, dedication, and kindness can bring forward to the community.
After taking a few separate courses regarding Canada’s political and environment scene Kay quickly became involved in both topics. This would later lead to becoming interested in Canada’s Energy Citizens after learning of the benefits that Canada’s natural oil and gas industry can provide through discussions with fellow students.
“I believe more young adults should become aware of the benefits Canada’s land can bring forward to those around us.” She says.
Kay’s goals are to involve more of Canada’s youth to integrate different perspectives for future tough decisions from one of Canada’s most vocal demographics.
